What is Most in Demand Analysis?

Imagine having a tool that pinpoints the hottest properties or locations that everyone is talking about! That’s exactly what Most in Demand Analysis (MiDA) does.

It identifies the areas and projects that are creating the most buzz, helping agents like you to zero in on the most sought-after properties. With MiDA, you can tailor your listings to match buyer preferences, close deals faster, and position yourself as the go-to expert who provides invaluable insights to your customers.

How can I access Most in Demand Analysis?

Follow the step-by-step guide below to use Most in Demand Analysis:

1. Login to AgentNet and select ‘DataSense’ on the left navigation bar. Locate the Most in Demand Analysis widget and click on Take Me There.

2. PropertyGuru for Business portal will open in a separate window. You can access Most in Demand Analysis under the ‘Demand’ category.

NOTE: If this is your first time logging in, follow the steps here to access DataSense.

3. A list of the most in-demand data will be shown in different tiles according to set criteria.

4. Let’s take a closer look at the functions of these customised filters. Click the ‘Edit’ button at the top right of any data tile.

5. You can set a personalised data title using the ‘Analysis Title’ field.

6. Set other criteria such as property type, size (sqft) and median price ($).

7. Click ‘Save’ to complete the customization. A search result will appear with the updated analysis.

8. Repeat steps 4 – 7 for your desired view on other data tiles.

  • Top 5 Properties: View the top 5 properties by the search categories.
  • Top Right: Use the edit button to modify the analysis.
