Post a Property Listing on AgentNet Mobile App

Step-by-step guide to creating a new listing using the AgentNet mobile app

With the AgentNet mobile app, posting a property listing is quick and convenient—perfect for busy agents on the go. Follow the steps below to create and publish your listing directly from your mobile device.

Step 1: Launch the AgentNet App

Open the AgentNet mobile app and tap ‘+ Create New Listing’ from the home page.

Step 2: Enter Property Location

Type the exact address of the property you wish to list.
If the property is not found in the drop-down list, tap ‘Still can’t find it?’ to create a temporary location and manually input the address details.

Step 3: Select the Property from the List

If multiple postal codes are displayed for the selected property, ensure you choose the correct one from the drop-down options.

Step 4: Choose Listing Type

Indicate whether your listing is:

  • A unit for sale

  • A unit for rent

  • A room for rent

Step 5: Fill in Property Details

Provide the key details of the listing, including:

  • Asking price

  • Number of bedrooms and bathrooms

  • Floor size

  • Availability date

  • Furnishing status

Step 6: Craft a Compelling Headline and Description

Write an attractive headline and detailed property description to grab the attention of property seekers.

Note: Mobile numbers included in the headline or description will be masked. Interested property seekers can still contact you through Phone Reveal, WhatsApp, or the Enquiry Form.

Step 7: Upload Media

Add clear and high-quality property photos, floor plans, videos, and virtual tours. You can upload multiple files at once directly from your phone’s gallery.

Tip: Upload your media in the order you want it to appear in the listing. You can rearrange them later if needed.

Step 8: Review and Post

Once you’ve completed all required fields, review your listing on the summary page.
When you’re ready, tap ‘Post Now’ to publish your listing.

Tip: To keep your listing at the top of search results, use the Repost feature regularly to refresh your listing date.
