Discontinuation of Featured Agent

  1. Why is PropertyGuru discontinuing Featured Agent?

    As part of our ongoing efforts to simplify and strengthen the tools we offer, Featured Agent will be discontinued.We understand that the tool has contributed to enhancing your visibility and maximising value, and this change is not intended to eliminate support, but to make way for something better.

  2. What happens to my existing bookings?

    All existing bookings made before 31 July 2025 will continue to run as usual until 30 September 2025.

  3. What happens to the extension that I have already reserved?

    If you have already reserved a Featured Agent extension, rest assured that it will remain valid and active through its reserved duration. You can continue to leverage its benefits to enhance your visibility and grow your presence within your market.However, with Featured Agent being discontinued on 30 September 2025, no further bookings or extensions will be available beyond 31 July 2025.

    To ensure uninterrupted support for your marketing efforts, we encourage you to explore our other impactful solutions, such as Boost and Turbo, which are designed to help you maintain and even elevate your exposure as the industry evolves.

  4. Will my existing bookings get pro-rated?

    Your existing bookings will not be pro-rated, as they remain active for the full duration of the period you’ve reserved. We are committed to honoring all bookings as originally scheduled, ensuring you continue to enjoy maximum visibility and value throughout the term.

  5. When is the last day I can book a Featured Agent?

    You will be able to book Featured Agent until 31 July 2025.

  6. Will my Featured agent booking still show up on PropertyGuru.com.sg and when does it end?

    All existing bookings made before 31 July 2025 will proceed as usual until 30 September 2025. After 30 September, Featured Agent will be discontinued and will no longer appear on PropertyGuru.com.sg.
