Why is PropertyGuru discontinuing Prime Credits?

PropertyGuru is discontinuing Prime Credits to simplify the types of credits available. This change intends to consolidate all listing-related actions under Ad Credits.

When will the changes take effect?

Prime Credits will no longer be available for purchase from 29 June 2025, and any remaining Prime Credits in your account past 31 July 2025 will be automatically converted to Ad Credits.

What happens to the tools that are using Prime Credits such as Featured Agent and Promoted Listings?

You can continue to book or extend Featured Agent and create a Promoted Listing campaign using Prime Credits until 31 July 2025.No new Featured Agent booking can be made after 31 July 2025.All Promoted Listing campaigns can be set up using Ad Credits after 31 July 2025.

What happens to my existing Prime Credit balance when this change takes effect on 31 July?

You will receive your balance of Prime Credits as Ad Credits at a conversion rate of 1 PC = 100 AC. The validity of these converted credits will match the expiry of your Prime Credits.Any Prime Credits purchased after 2 Jun 2025 will regrettably not be eligible for conversion to Ad Credits.

What happens to the Prime Credits that I am entitled to in the renewed package when this change takes effect?

If your renewed package starts after July 1, 2025, you will receive your Prime Credits entitlement as Ad Credits, with a conversion rate of 1 PC = 50 AC. These converted credits will be valid for 3 months.

When will I receive the Ad Credits converted from Prime Credits?

All the converted credits your balance of Prime Credits will be issued on 1 August 2025.

How can I find out if I have received the Ad Credits converted from Prime Credits?

You can view details of your converted credits on your Ad Credit consumption report.

What is the last day that Prime Credits can be used?

You can continue to perform listing actions using Prime Credits until 31 July 2025.

Can I still purchase Prime Credits on the self serve portal?

Unfortunately, purchase of Prime Credits via the self serve portal is no longer available starting from 2 June 2025.

While we do not recommend purchasing additional Prime Credits, you may still do so by reaching out to your Account Manager. All Prime Credit sales will stop on 29 June 2025.

Can I still purchase Prime Credits before this change takes effect on 31 July?

We recommend that you do not purchase Prime Credits from now until 29 June 2025 if you do not have plans to use them immediately. Any Prime Credits purchased after 2 Jun 2025 will regrettably not be eligible for conversion to Ad Credits.

I have an active Promoted Listing booking, will I have to reactivate it?

Rest assured that any active Promoted Listings will continue to run uninterrupted, and that you will be able to check or adjust the number of Ad Credits it will cost after 31 July 2025.
