With Prime Credits, you can unlock access to value-add tools such as Featured Agent and Promoted Listings. These tools enable you to reach a broader target audience and close deals efficiently.

Topping Up Your Prime Credits

Unlock the convenience of purchasing Prime Credits whenever you need them!

Available in increments of 1, these credits offer a 12-month validity period from the date of purchase, ensuring you have the flexibility to use them at your convenience.

Knowing the Prime Credits Required for Your Activities

The amount of Prime Credits needed to secure a Featured Agent slot or Promote a listing is determined by Dynamic Pricing based on market demand and listing supply.​

As market conditions change, the number of Prime Credits needed to maximise value for these tools will also vary. Some projects will need fewer credits, while others will need more.

You can manage your Prime Credits balance and usage on AgentNet.

Checking Your Balance

On the Web – You can check your balance via the Prime Credit widget on AgentNet dashboard or select your profile from the bottom left navigation bar.

Reviewing Your Usage

Review your Prime Credits usage anytime​ via the Prime Credits Consumption Report on AgentNet. This report provides detailed records of your Prime Credits usage on Featured Agent and Promoted Listings over a specified period.​

On the Web – Select More > Reports > Prime Credit Consumption on the left navigation bar.

On the app – Visit AgentNet > Tools > Consumption Report or click on the profile picture in the top right corner, followed by Consumption Report.

Overview of Prime Credit Consumption Report

On the page, you will find an overview showing the total number of Prime Credits consumed, categorised by listing action.

Following this, you will see a detailed report of each transaction utilising Prime Credits, which includes the following information:

  • Billing Date
  • Listing Action
  • Property Name and Listing ID
  • Duration of the Listing Action
  • Quantity of Prime Credits used

These records are arranged from the most recent to the oldest.

Navigating the Prime Credit Consumption Report

If you want to review your Prime Credits usage for a specific listing, enter the Listing ID or Property Name in the search bar, then press Enter or click the search icon.

Click on the dropdown that displays “All” by default, and select the listing activities for which you would like to generate a consumption report.

Click the calendar icon to choose a start and end date, allowing you to generate a consumption report for a specific period.
