Last update: October 1, 2025

How to Apply for Verification

To verify a listing, you’ll need to provide proof that you have the owner’s permission to market it.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to AgentNet and go to your Listings tab

  2. Click “Get Verified” on the listing you want to submit

  3. Upload a signed Advertising Agreement with the property owner
You can use your agency’s template or the CEA standard version.

Once submitted, we will review your listing and notify you when it’s approved.

Verifying listings is optional, but it gives you stronger visibility and trust signals with motivated buyers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are all listings eligible for verification?

Yes. You can apply for verification for both residential and commercial listings, whether for sale or rent, as long as you can provide the required documents.

To qualify, a listing must also meet these requirements:

  • Use a valid location from our database

  • Include a unit number
(This information is only used to validate your documents and will not be shown to property seekers.)

  • Have at least 5 photos uploaded

  • No duplicate application submitted for the same address by you

If your listing does not meet these requirements, you’ll be prompted to edit it in AgentNet before you can proceed with the verification application.
